Born in New York, Harrison grew up in Brussels Belgium, where he started his arts education early in European schools and under the tutelage of his artistic family. A graduate of The Rhode Island School of Design, Harrison Love is an award winning painter, author, and illustrator.
After living and working globally in New York, Tokyo, Shanghai, Singapore, Peru, Colombia, San Francisco, and Los Angeles, the nomadic life and influences of Harrison Love are exceptional.
His artistic style is derived from the art of calligraphy in combination with contemporary American Graffiti. Harrison has created murals for Google, and The Scholastic Art and Writing Awards, as well the Cities of Detroit, San Francisco, New York, Stonington CT and Providence RI. His work has been shown around the world and is a part of the artists collection of the San Francisco Museum of Modern Art (SFMOMA).
Nominated for The Pulitzer Prize in 2022
